Yakov demonstrates the technique, explains the details, and the first movements begin to move from understanding into the hands. Position. Pressure. Direction. Rhythm. Contact with the tissues. These details may look small from the outside, but they are exactly what turns a movement into professional work. And this is why an SFL™ seminar is never about simply watching Yakov demonstrate a protocol. Students practice. They feel the technique themselves. They work with each other. They ask questions.
