Over the next few weeks, I’ll be heading out to sustainably harvest wild Labrador tea leaves.

Each leaf will be carefully dried and slowly infused into my own hand-rendered beef tallow to create a brand-new Wild Labrador Tea Infused Tallow Moisturizer.

One of the things I love most about making skincare is using ingredients inspired by the natural beauty that surrounds us. Every batch is handcrafted with care, using simple ingredients and a slow infusion process to create something truly special.

This moisturizer is still in development, and I’m taking my time to make sure it’s just right. I can’t wait to share the journey with you—from harvesting the leaves to the finished product.

💙 Blue Tansy Tallow Face Balm 💙

Handcrafted in small batches with beef tallow, olive oil, Blue Tansy essential oil, and Frankincense essential oil to leave your skin feeling soft, nourished, and deeply moisturized.

One of my favourite things about this balm is its beautiful soft blue colour. That delicate shade comes naturally from Blue Tansy essential oil—no artificial dyes, no synthetic colours, and no added pigments. Nature created this colour all on its own, and I absolutely love it!

✨ Blue Tansy is cherished for its calming properties, while Frankincense is a timeless favourite for healthy-looking skin. Together with nutrient-rich beef tallow, they create a simple, luxurious facial balm.

☀️ Summer is here! ☀️

Just a little reminder about caring for your Tallow Skin Care products.

Since my products are made with simple, natural ingredients and don’t contain artificial stabilizers, they can soften or melt if left in a hot vehicle, direct sunlight, or any high-heat area.

If your tallow balm or whipped balm does melt, don’t panic! It hasn’t gone bad. Just move it to a cooler spot and let it firm back up. The texture may look a little different(especially the whipped, it will turn back into a balm), but all the skin-loving goodness is still there.

For best results, store your products at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

One of the things I love about making truly natural skincare is knowing exactly what’s in it—but natural products do react to the seasons just like we do! 😊

When this customer first contacted me, he was struggling with eczema-extremely itchy, irritated skin. His legs were covered in sore, itchy spots from constant scratching, and he said when sweating often made things worse. He also experienced similar issues on his face.

He began using my Unscented Tallow Cream along with my Eczema-Friendly Soap, and after only three days, he was already noticing a difference.

In the photos, you can see that many of the sores appear drier, there is less visible redness in several areas, and the skin looks calmer overall. Most importantly, he told me he was very pleased with the results and felt more comfortable in his skin and that the photos was not doing the justice to what he has been seeing and feeling.

🌿 Simple ingredients can sometimes outperform complicated formulas.

We’ve been taught that more ingredients, more promises, and higher prices mean a better product. But when it comes to skin care, that’s not always the case.

For some people, long ingredient lists filled with fragrances, dyes, and additives can leave their skin feeling irritated, dry, or sensitive. Sometimes the skin responds best when we go back to the basics.

That’s one reason I love natural skin care. Simple, nourishing ingredients can help support the skin without all the extras.

I’m not saying every natural product is perfect or every store-bought product is bad. I just believe there’s value in keeping things simple.
