🔆LASER — HOW DOES IT ACTUALLY WORK? ✨

We’ve been talking a lot about Auricular Laser Therapy lately, but you may be wondering... what does it actually do?

It’s actually quite simple.

Auricular Laser Therapy uses a specific wavelength of light to stimulate specific acupuncture points on the ear. These points are associated with different functions in the body, including appetite, cravings, digestion, stress and emotional eating.

For our Weight Management Program, the goal is to help support:

✨ Reduced cravings and compulsive snacking
✨ Better awareness of true hunger vs. habitual eating
✨ Stress and emotional-eating management
✨ A calmer, more focused approach to changing eating habits

There are no needles, and the treatment is non-invasive and relaxing.

We’re excited to introduce Abbey Awalt, our new Certified Auricular Laser Therapy Technician. She ⁠will be working Thursdays, Fridays and every other Saturday at Enough Day Spa.

Originally from Ontario, Abbey completed a two-year General Business program at Mohawk College before continuing her education and recently becoming a Certified Nail Technician. She has now added Auricular Laser Therapy Technician to her training and is excited to begin this new role at Enough.
⁠
Abbey is also the proud mom of a sweet six-month-old baby girl. ❤️ Since moving to New Brunswick, she has fallen in love with the natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle the province has to offer.

Outside of work, you’ll find Abbey shopping, enjoying the occasional margarita, exploring New Brunswick, and—most importantly—making memories with her little girl.

We’re delighted to introduce Lisa Michaud, our new Certified Auricular Laser Therapy Technician at Enough Day Spa!

⁠Lisa will be providing our Auricular Laser Therapy programs for Smoking Cessation and Weight Management and will be working Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

A retired school teacher, Lisa is happily married and a proud mother of one son, stepmother to two wonderful daughters, and grandmother of one. ❤️

Lisa has always had a natural curiosity and a genuine interest in natural healing, the mind-body connection and lifelong learning. She loves exploring new ideas and discovering ways to live a more balanced and meaningful life, making her new role with Auricular Laser Therapy a wonderful fit.

Outside of work, Lisa appreciates the simple things in life. You’ll often find her enjoying nature, riding her side-by-side, gardening, painting, knitting or working on one of her many creative projects. 🌿🎨🧶

We’re very happy to introduce Debra Awalt, our new Administrative Assistant at Enough Day Spa!

Debra will be joining Stephanie at the front desk as we expand our Spa hours. You’ll find her welcoming clients and helping keep everything running smoothly on Mondays, Tuesdays and every other Saturday.

Originally from Southern Ontario, Debra and her family made Grand Falls their home three years ago. She is the proud mother of three adult children and is also enjoying a wonderful new role — Grandma! ❤️

Debra brings many years of administrative and medical-office experience to our team. She is a graduate of both an Executive Secretary program and a Medical Secretary program and has worked in a hospital, helped establish the office of a new physician, and most recently spent 17 years working with a Chiropodist in Ontario.

While raising her children, Debra also put her creative side to work, building her own successful wedding decorating business and later expanding into floral arranging, banquets and special events.

When she isn’t working, Debra loves walking the trails, gardening and enjoying the beautiful outdoor life New Brunswick has to offer.
