We truly value every client who chooses us, and we do our best to accommodate everyone who books an appointment.

Recently, we’ve experienced an increase in no-shows. Please remember that you receive a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule, this is the perfect opportunity to let us know.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise at the last minute. If something comes up, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment or cancel it, which also gives us the chance to offer that appointment time to another client who may be waiting.

A no-show doesn’t just affect us, it prevents another client from receiving a service during that time.

Effective immediately, clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be required to pay a no-show fee equal to the full cost of the missed appointment before any future bookings can be made.
