While most of you are aware of my policies in place I would like to reiterate for those who are new or unaware:
I have a 24 hour cancelation policy in place for all appointments. If you are unable to make your appointment please, text me or message me on FB or Instagram. Please do not call as I am unble to answer my phone while in a service. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior or no show, a rebooking fee will be required before a new appointment can be made. My booking application sends out reminder texts 24 hours before your appointment. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates & times. You cannot respond to the reminder texts. For all appointments over $50 for new clients, there will be a non refundable deposit required at the time of booking. This deposit will be removed from your service total. I understand that in stressful times such as these, uncertainties arise and if you have any questions please feel free to message me anytime.

When you arrive to your appointment, please message me to let me know you are here, stay in your vehicle and I will let you know when to enter. Sometimes I may still be with a client. I do not have a waiting area and also due to Covid restrictions I am not allowed to have more than 1 patron at a time. Blessings �
