Sure, you want to win.
But do you actually believe you can?
Like… really believe it.
Or is there that little (or not-so-little) voice in your head saying: “I’m not good enough.” “I don’t deserve to win.” “I can’t have what they have.”
You can tell yourself you’re capable all you want, but if your subconscious doesn’t believe it too, that voice isn’t going anywhere.
And this didn’t just show up out of nowhere.
It’s a deep-rooted pattern, a strategy your mind learned early on and has been quietly running in the background for years.
You might even notice it in other areas of your life, not just sport.
Here’s the good news: Patterns can be changed.
And it doesn’t have to take years, months… or even weeks. I’ve see it happen in days.
That’s why I love the work I do with athletes. I get to watch them step into the athlete they always knew they could be, the version of themselves they always sensed was there.
And when that happens? Performance skyrockets.
If you want to experience this for yourself, and step up your game in 2026, send me a message and let’s chat

It’s not stress that burns us out.
It’s rumination: the endless overthinking, worrying, and analyzing of thoughts that never lead to action.
Your brain is incredibly robust, it’s built to handle intense stress.
What it’s not built for is running the same mental loop on repeat.
That drains your nervous system of energy and keeps it half-activated all the time, never allowing your brain to rest.
No wonder you can’t sleep.
Athletes are built for stress:
* a bad start
* a fall
* a loss
What drains you is what comes after:
* replaying the mistake
* overanalyzing what should have happened
* worrying about how it looked
But, let me tell you, these loops are just patterns - strategies your subconscious learned from past experiences and now runs on autopilot.
Change the meaning of those experiences. Break the old pattern. Create a new one.
You get to choose that.
Your body can handle stress. It can’t handle what comes after.
If you’re ready to say goodbye to old patterns in 2026, let’s chat.

You don’t lack discipline.
You don’t lack talent.
And you don’t lack desire.
What most athletes are actually missing is permission.
At an energetic level, permission is when your nervous system knows:I’m allowed to take up space.I’m allowed to want this.I’m allowed to go all in.
I see this show up in athletes all the time.
They train hard. They prepare. They want the result.
But when it’s time to fully commit, something holds back just a little.
Not because they’re scared of failure. But because success doesn’t yet feel fully safe in the body.
I know this because I’ve been there.
For a long time, I trained hard and showed up consistently but there was a limit I wouldn’t push past. Not because I couldn’t, but because a part of me didn’t yet feel allowed to.
The shift came when my body learned that being seen, taking up space, and wanting more didn’t threaten my safety or belonging.
You don’t need to earn your worthiness for success. You need your system to know it’s already allowed.
If this resonates and you’re curious what could change for you when your body feels safe to be seen, let’s chat. Shoot me a DM.

Let’s get on it! Splitboard ready
We got 2 feet of snow over Christmas, which means we get to go play in this winter wonderland.
and I moved to just over a year ago for exactly this - to live where the mountains are right outside our door.
It was a risk. We barely knew anyone.
And honestly? There were moments early on where I wondered what the f*** we’d done.
A town of 1,000 people in the middle of literal nowhere.
But now, it feels like home.
And we get to raise our son in a tight-knit community where he’ll grow up outside, learning to shred with his friends on the daily.
That makes every risk worth it.
What do you love about the place you call home?

New year, new perspective.
The same you, just a different angle.
Perspective is everything.
Sometimes all that needs to shift is where your attention goes… what meaning you give an experience… the lens you’re looking through.
The moment that lens changes, your body responds differently.
Options appear where there used to be pressure.
What once felt heavy can suddenly feel workable.
You don’t become someone new.
You remember more of who you already are.
And from that place, choices feel clearer, confidence feels steadier, and forward movement feels natural again.
How are you looking at things from a new perspective in 2026?

The biggest question you can ask yourself:
Where did that story come from?
Everyone around you believes in you.
They support you.
They have confidence in your abilities.
Maybe you smile when they say these things…but something inside you doesn’t quite agree.
You know you’re good at what you do.
You have the skill.
You have the passion.
But if your subconscious mind isn’t on board, it will quietly make sure you don’t fully succeed.
At some point (usually when you were very young) you decided to believe something about yourself. And from that moment on, your mind looked for evidence to keep that story alive. Not consciously. Subconsciously.
That story was trying to protect you.
It helped you make sense of the world.
It helped you survive.
And it's holding you back now.
But here’s the best part:
You can choose to write a new story.
The beliefs you formed back then don’t have to be the ones you carry forward.
Your past doesn’t get to dictate your future.
This is exactly what my clients do inside the Olympian Program, and this is why their results go far beyond performance.
So ask yourself:
Are you ready to rewrite the old story and step into the athlete you know you can be?
If you want to learn more about the Olympian Program, comment INFO or send me a DM.
