“Hello! I’m Shannon Young, a Registered Massage Therapist currently practicing in Alberta and also registered to provide massage therapy services for eligible visitors from Ontario. I proudly accept many extended health benefit plans and strive to make quality care accessible to my clients.

With years of clinical experience and award-winning massage therapy treatments, I have had the privilege of working with individuals experiencing both acute and chronic pain, repetitive strain injuries, sports and workplace injuries, and complex neurological conditions including Multiple Sclerosis (MS), stroke recovery, and cerebral palsy. My background also includes experience in hospital settings, working with cardiac and spinal cord rehabilitation populations, long-term care residents, and providing compassionate end-of-life massage therapy.

I specialize in therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, and prenatal massage, tailoring every treatment to your individual needs and goals. Whether you’re dealing with persistent pain, recovering from an injury, waking up with a stiff neck after sleeping the wrong way, managing a chronic condition, or simply looking to reduce stress and relax, I’m here to help.
