I recently completed Dr Vodder manual lymph drainage level 1. I’m excited to bring this specialized skill to my practice. I want to improve my skill and techniques so I am reaching out to individuals who would be interested in being a model for a practice session.
The Vodder MLD method uses gentle, rhythmic movements to encourage the natural flow of lymph throughout the body.

**MLD is not recommended for anyone with acute infections, compromised organs and organ failure, blood clots and vascular problems, active cancer**
