A little update! ❤️

Originally the plan was to go on Maternity Leave September 1st.
With the news I got, looks like our baby will be arriving sooner than the original date.
Mystical Massage Therapy will be temporarily closed starting August 21st.

At this time, I unfortunately am not accepting new clients until I come back.
I'll post more information on August 21st.

Here's the new availability for treatment days, starting June 1st!

Mondays 6pm - 9pm
Thursdays 6pm - 9pm
Saturdays 9:30am - 12:30pm

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early for your appointment ( 10 minutes if you need to fill out paperwork) . If you arrive late I unfortunately no longer can extend the treatment sessions. As stated in the Mystical Massage Policy form that has been signed before the first treatment session.

Sciatica

It is a symptom that causes pain, tingling or numbness caused by irritation, inflammation or compression of the siactic nerve, typically in the lower back.

Its causes shooting pain that radiates from the buttocks down to the lower leg.

Massage helps alleviate sciatica by reducing muscle tension in the lower back, hips, and glutes, which decreases pressure and entrapment on the sciatic nerve.

Try these sleeping positions to help relieve the pressure off of the sciatic nerve!

▪︎ pillow or bolster under your knees while sleeping on your back.

▪︎ use a pillow in-between your legs while sleeping on your side.
