I wanted to show how my Oura Ring tracks my sleep. These are examples of what I see when I wake up in the mornings.
The screenshot on the left is from last weekend after being incredibly busy doing the Peace Country Classic Ag Show demonstration with my horse on the Friday & Saturday. My activity level was at least 3x the recommended amount each day, which raises my night time resting heart rate, lowers my HRV and gives me a poor readiness and sleep score.
This weekend (screenshot on the right) I’m not as crazy busy and my heart shows it.
I really love my ring. It makes me so protective of my sleep and has saved me $$ since I rarely drink or eat junk food anymore (alcohol and junk negatively affect my readiness and sleep score).
If you’d like any more information on this ring I’d be happy to chat about my experience with sizing, etc. It’s been a great company to deal with.

If you are looking to improve your health, take some time and research the benefits of time restricted eating. Giving your system a break from food has so many benefits. Read Delay, Don’t Deny &/or Fast Feast Repeat both by Gin Stevens.
And books by Dr. Jason Fung, the Obesity Code & the Diabetes Code.
“Clean fasting” is so important, if you don’t clean fast (you aren’t fasting) you may think fasting isn’t for you, and you may feel starving. Give it a try following these rules and remember everyone is completely different.
I hope you enjoy how great you feel when you have a shorter eating window.
