Being in the classroom acting as a Classroom Supervisor (A Substitute when there are no Sub’s) has reminded me why Massage Therapy is such an important practice for kids!

There are so many benefits when it comes to health and wellness not only for the physical aspects like growing pains and rehabilitation for youth sports injuries but also for the nervous system and mental health!

I have so much fun implementing basic breathing and self care into my teaching days and the kids love it as well!
