Summer Hours and Important Dates!
Happy summer months everyone. I hope you had a wonderful Canada Day and were able to get out and enjoy the nice weather we had over the long weekend. As we enter July and August I want to let you know that my hours will be adjusted as I try to navigate my work-life balance with my kiddo out of school for the summer. Here are my hours for the next 2 months:

Monday: 1:00-5:00
Tuesday: 9:00-11:30
Wednesday: 12:00-4:00
Thursday: 12:00-4:00
Friday: 9:00-11:30

There will be a couple of weeks that vary: the weeks of July 15 and August 12 I’ll have near normal hours (which means near normal availability).

Also, I’ll be out of the office on the following dates:
Friday July 26
Monday July 29
Friday August 2
Monday August 5 (Heritage Day)
Monday August 26
Tuesday August 27
Monday September 2 (Labour Day)

Regular hours will resume Tuesday September 3.

Good afternoon, I hope you have been able to enjoy some of this early Spring weather we have been treated to ☀️. I just wanted to give you a quick update on a change that has happened at Lifemark over the past week. My schedule will be a little chaotic for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, the second massage therapist that has been part of the team for the last year has made the decision to move on to new adventures and I wish him the best of luck. As a result of his departure, my schedule has become quite packed as we, myself and Lifemark staff, do our best to accommodate his active clientele. As I mentioned last week, starting in April, I will be adjusting my hours on Mondays to help make things a bit easier for everyone. Having said all that, I do have a couple of available appointments next week and the week after so if you have been thinking about scheduling a massage, don’t delay! NEW HOURS!!!
Starting April 15 I will have new hours on Mondays: 11:00 - 5:00. The rest of the week will remain unchanged until the summer. I'll have reduced hours for July and August to try and balance work and family responsibilites. As soon as I set my summer schedule I will pass that information along. But for now, STARTING APRIL 15 my hours will be:
Monday: 11:00-5:00
Tuesday: 9:00-2:30
Wednesday: 9:00-4:00
Thursday: 9:00-4:00
Friday: 9:00-2:30

Hello everyone! It has been way too long since I last posted something. Well, we are heading into summer and with that my hours will be changing slightly for July and August to accommodate my family responsibilities. I will be away from July 8 to July 22 next month as we are taking some much need holidays. I will also be out of the office Friday June 23 and Friday June 30. My hours for the rest of the summer are as follows:

July 3 - 7: Office is closed Monday July 3; Tuesday and Friday 9:00 -1:00 and Wednesday and Thursday: 9:00 - 4:00

July 10 - 21: I am on holidays :)

July 24-28: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00-4:00; Tuesday, Friday 9:00-1:00

July 31 - August 4: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 12:00 - 4:00; Tuesday 9:00 - 1:00

August 7 - 11: Office closed Monday August 7; Tuesday, Friday 9:00 - 1:00; Wednesday, Thursday 12:00 - 4:00

August 14 - 18: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 2:30

August 21 - 25: Monday I am away; Tuesday, Friday 9:00 - 1:00; Wednesday, Thursday 12:00 - 4:00

Good morning! I hope everyone has been able to ease into the fall weather over the last couple of weeks. I thought I would let you all know that I have 2 appointments for this week that have become available: Tuesday Sept. 27 (tomorrow) at 12:00 and Wednesday Sept. 28 at 9:00. If you are looking to get a massage this week, now would be the time to call (780-539-5088) and schedule in. In addition, I will be out of the office this Friday for Truth and Reconciliation Day, although the clinic will remain open for physiotherapy and other services. Hope to see you soon!

Well, my summer officially comes to an end this evening. We are already into “school mode” in our house tonight, as I’m sure many of you are. With the end of summer comes my return to regular working hours. Starting tomorrow my hours will be:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday - 9:00, 10:30, 1:30 and 3:00.
Tuesday and Friday - 9:00, 10:30, 12:00 and 1:30.
