SHIFT is under way. September is about establishing the basics before trying to optimize them. Each week has one clear focus while your personalized nutrition, protein, step and strength targets continue in the background.

WEEK 1 ESTABLISH YOUR BASELINE

This first week is about information, not perfection.
You have your calorie/macronutrient targets, protein target and step goal. Your job this week is to start working with them and see what your normal life actually looks like.
Don’t drastically cut food because the challenge started. Don’t add a pile of extra cardio. Don’t try to create a “perfect” week. I want an accurate starting point.

THIS WEEK
· Track your food as accurately as you can if tracking is part of your plan.
· Work toward your protein target.
· Work toward your daily step goal.
· Complete 2–3 strength sessions.
· Use your tracker.
· Pay attention to where things feel easy and where they fall apart.

PAY ATTENTION TO
Pay attention to when you are most likely to get off track. Is it lack of planning? Evenings? Workdays? Weekends? Being too hungry? Not having food ready? We need to know the problem before we try to solve it.

This is exactly why I created SHIFT.

Not to give you another extreme plan to follow for a few weeks — but to help you get better at the part that actually changes things:

Doing the simple, effective things long enough for them to work.

12 weeks.
Weekly accountability via text or email.
A new focus each week.
3 in-person check-ins with body composition.

SHIFT starts next week | $225

There’s still time to join us.

DM SHIFT and I’ll send you the details.

08/25/2026

This is exactly what SHIFT is about.

Most people don’t need more information. They need support staying consistent when motivation drops, progress feels slow, and the work stops feeling exciting.

Because results don’t come from being perfect.

They come from learning to tolerate the gap between doing the work and seeing the reward.

12 weeks. Weekly accountability. Weekly focus. 3 in-person check-ins.

Start of summer → End of summer.

I enjoyed my summer.

I ate out.
I travelled.
I had days I didn’t track.
I moved because I wanted to, not because I needed to “earn” my food.
I wasn’t as structured as I am during other seasons of my life.

And my body didn’t fall apart.

Is it exactly the same? No.

Maybe I’m a little softer through my middle. Maybe there’s a little less definition. Maybe there isn’t. Bodies fluctuate.

But I’m still strong.
Still fit.
Still healthy.
Still me.

This is the part I think we forget when September starts creeping closer.

You do not need to punish yourself for summer.

You don’t need to slash your calories, double your cardio or “make up” for the meals, drinks, vacations and memories you enjoyed.

Fitness isn’t a punishment for enjoying your life.

Nutrition isn’t repayment for the food you ate.

And September doesn’t need to be a dramatic “reset.”

You can simply return to the habits that make you feel good.

A little more structure.
A little more intention.
Back to your regular movement.
Back to planning your meals.
Back to prioritizing protein.
Back to taking care of yourself.

Not because summer did damage.

Because seasons change — and our routines can change with them.

IT’S HERE.

I’ve run a lot of challenges over the years.

And after coaching a LOT of women through them, I’ve learned that the biggest win isn’t just weight lost, inches lost or a change in body fat.

It’s learning how to stop starting over.

So I took the best parts of the challenges you’ve loved and put them together into one 12-week experience.

THE 12-WEEK SHIFT

Real support.
Real structure.
Real results.

Built for real life — not perfection.

This isn’t about spending September trying to undo summer.

It’s about creating consistency that can actually survive weekends, busy schedules, Thanksgiving, Halloween and the beginning of the holiday season.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

• Personalized calories + macros
• Personalized protein target
• Personalized daily step goal
• Weekly coaching + education
• One structured check-in every week via text or email where you’ll send me your progress, wins, struggles and questions — and receive personalized feedback from me
• 3 in-person progress appointments — beginning, midpoint and end — including body composition measurements so we can track what’s actually changing
• Progress tracking throughout the full 12 weeks
• Simple tools to help you plan ahead and stay accountable

YOUR COMMITMENT:

• Nutrition that supports your goals
• Daily movement
• 2–3 strength sessions each week of your choice
• Planning ahead
• Showing up for your weekly check-in via text or email
• And staying in it even when the week isn’t perfect

One off meal? Next meal.

Missed workout? Next opportunity.

Hard week? We adjust — we don’t disappear.

Never miss twice.

I don’t want to teach you how to get results when everything is perfectly controlled.

I want you to learn how to make progress while you’re actually living your life.

THE 12-WEEK SHIFT

September → November
$225 + GST

Registration is open August 31 – September 7.

September has a way of making us feel like we need to get our s**t together.

Summer happened.

Routines changed. Weekends got busier. Vacations happened. Maybe workouts weren’t as consistent, meals looked different, and some of the habits that usually make you feel good took a back seat.

And the instinct is almost always the same:

Okay. September. Time to buckle down.

Eat less.
Train more.
Cut everything out.
Make up for it.

Except that’s exactly the cycle I don’t want you going back to.

Fitness isn’t punishment for enjoying your life.

Nutrition isn’t repayment for the food you ate.

And September doesn’t need to be dramatic.

I’ve run a lot of 12-week challenges over the years, and I’ve learned a LOT from the people who’ve gone through them.

I’ve seen what works.

I’ve seen what people actually stick with.

I’ve seen what creates results — and what just creates another round of starting over.

So I’ve taken the best parts of the challenges you’ve loved and put them together in something new for this fall.

12 weeks. September through November.

Not 12 weeks of perfection.

12 weeks of learning how to stay consistent when life is actually happening.

And I’m opening it up tomorrow.

08/17/2026

You do not need to punish yourself for having a summer.

Because I know how quickly the mind goes there…

I’ve been eating out too much.
I haven’t been working out like I was.
I’ve gained a few pounds.
I need to get serious again.

And suddenly “getting back on track” means cutting calories, cutting carbs, working out every day and trying to undo the summer.

But you don’t have to undo anything.

You went on holidays. You ate out. You skipped workouts. You stayed up later. Maybe your jeans even feel a little tighter.

Your routine changed for a season. You didn’t fail.

You don’t need an extreme plan to find your way back.

Get some protein back into your meals.
Drink your water.
Go for a walk.
Lift a couple times this week.
Buy some groceries.
Get back to a reasonable bedtime.

Then do it again tomorrow.

Fitness isn’t a punishment for enjoying your life.

Nutrition isn’t repayment for the food you ate.

You are allowed to enjoy your summer AND care about your health.

So skip the punishment.

Come back quietly.
Come back consistently.
Come back from a place of care, not consequence.

You haven’t ruined your progress.

Routine can be rebuilt. ❤️

As I pack up and get ready to head home I can’t help but marvel at the brilliance of this life. Lots of family time, grateful for every minute.
Getting to watch 54/40 again and see Melissa Etheridge LIVE (she’s just as amazing now as she was in the 90’s) was a fun little bonus. Having 36 hours without power or water due to wildfires was an adventure in preparedness (we are not haha)
Another summer vacation in the books and memories to fill my soul.
