This year has brought me many challenges and obstacles, but there is one thing I never stop doing — learning and improving.

I’m excited to travel to Europe for a seminar in Thai Solution Massage (Nuad Benja Phakhi). 🇹🇭✈️🇪🇺

No matter how difficult the journey gets, I will always continue to invest in my education so I can bring new knowledge, skills, and better care to my clients.

Never stop learning. Never stop growing.

What an incredible and unforgettable week!

I am so grateful to have completed the 5-Day Intensive Thai Medical Massage training with Master Ray. This class challenged me to think differently, improve my clinical skills, and deepen my understanding of the human body.

Throughout the week, I learned advanced assessment techniques, clinical reasoning, muscle testing, manual lymphatic drainage, TMJ treatment, movement dysfunctions, and how to create more effective treatment plans for complex conditions. Every day was filled with hands-on learning, real clinical cases, and valuable knowledge that will stay with me throughout my career.

As someone who is passionate about helping people, I believe learning never stops. Every course I take is an investment in providing better care for my clients.

I'm excited to bring these new skills home and begin upgrading my treatments soon. I can't wait to share this next level of care with all of my wonderful clients at Forrest Thai Massage.

Learning never stops.

I will be traveling to Florida from July 3–17 to attend an Intensive Thai Medical Massage training. Continuing my education allows me to bring the latest knowledge, advanced techniques, and the highest quality care back to my clients.

As many of you know, I truly believe that investing in education is the best way to serve our community. Every course I take helps me better understand the body and provide more effective treatments tailored to each person's needs.

Yesterday, I just completed my RICA education training from Metro Beauty Academy.
This experience opened my eyes to the salon world even more and inspired me to continue bringing higher quality products, education, and techniques to my clients.

I’m excited to add more professional knowledge and premium RICA products into our Yume Head Spa experiences, combining Japanese Head Spa philosophy with Mediterranean spa traditions to create something truly unique for our community.

Learning never stops for me because every new technique means I can care for my clients even better. Thank you to everyone who continues to support my journey and trust my hands.

From a Mother’s Choice to 6 Years of Healing

I want to share a little bit about how Forrest Thai Massage truly began.

Back when COVID-19 hit, the world changed overnight. With schools shutting down, I faced a difficult crossroads: keep a full-time job elsewhere or find a way to work from home.

As a mother, my son was my first priority. I chose him, and in that leap of faith, Forrest Thai Massage was born.

Today, nearly 6 years later, I look back and realize that choosing family didn't mean giving up on a career—it meant building something even more meaningful. I am so grateful for this journey and for the community that has grown around us.

Today on International Women’s Day, I feel proud to stand here as a Thai woman sharing the beauty and wisdom of Thai Traditional Massage with the world.

This ancient healing art was passed down through generations of strong Thai women who believed in caring for others through touch, compassion, and knowledge of the body.

Bringing this tradition to my community is more than just work for me — it is my passion and my way of honoring my culture and the women who came before me.

Thank you to all the strong, kind, and inspiring women everywhere who continue to heal, support, and lift others every day.
