I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for your loyalty and support. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know each of you and assisting you with your beauty needs. Your trust in me and my services has meant the world to me.

At Gingersnap Salon, I will continue to uphold the same high standards that you have come to expect from me. I am looking forward to welcoming you at the new salon and continuing our journey together.

Some of you may already know, but I've been home sick the last couple of days. Unfortunately I'm going to have to reschedule the rest of this week's appointments as well. I was hoping to be back in the shop today, but I wouldn't want to get anyone sick and I am still symptomatic. I'll be contacting everyone shortly to reschedule, but if you don't hear from me please feel free to reach out so we can find you a new appointment time. I'm very sorry to everyone for the inconvenience! I plan to work Saturday the 4th and possibly the 11th to make sure everyone who's being moved doesn't have to wait too long. Again, sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you for understanding.

Friendly reminder to everyone that I am in London, England, for training and the shop will be closed until the 16th. Because I am overseas I do not have access to salon messages and phone calls. We've got a brand new style of bang piece! Very excited to get back to playing with hair again 🩷 and to get to work on some cool custom orders!

Good morning! Just a reminder that it is the busiest time of the year and appointments are scarce until the new year. Hairstylists are working long hours and skipping our lunches to do our very best to get everyone in before your holiday plans, so there is no wiggle room for last minute rescheduling and missed/late appointments. Please let us know ahead of time if you can't make your appointment on time, so that someone else can fill your spot! We ask for a minimum of 24-48hrs advance notice if you can't make it for your scheduled time.
The average appointment has to be rescheduled once you're running 10-15mins late, otherwise it effects every person coming in after. This is shop policy, year 'round, in order to keep things running smoothly.

I am so grateful to be so busy within the first year of working with hair pieces! It has been so much fun as a creative, but the opportunity to work with people struggling with hair loss and helping them regain their confidence has been the icing on the cake 💛

It's been a little while since we've had an update! It was a busy summer and, idk about you, but I'm ready for my seasonal refresh 💇‍♀️

Just a quick reminder that starting on the 1st there will be a price increase. I wanted to avoid a yearly increase but unfortunately the cost of products and expenses has continued to rise, as I'm sure you're aware. There will however be some exciting new options for services, like an express root colour, that will also leave a little more wiggle room in your beauty budget ☀️

That being said, I also wanted to remind you of our referral program! When you refer someone new to the shop, you BOTH get 10% off your next service! With the holidays coming it's the perfect time to take advantage! Why not get a gift card for someone you care about, and get yourself a little treat in the process 💛
