Life is very busy and sometimes we don’t always have the wiggle room to commit to a full gym workout. But we can take the time each day, just 30 min to help improve our health.

Headaches are something we have all suffered from at one point or another. There are many different causes for them such as stress, environment, hormones, lack of sleep, sinus, and many more, but I have summed up the 3 main types and how to determine which one it is.

I have some big news!!!.
We are very excited to announce the expansion of our family. With 3 months left to go, I would like to let everyone know I’m going to be taking a maternity leave. At this time I am currently fulling booked with no available openings until I go off in August.
I do have a new RMT coming in to cover for the year off and I couldn’t be more excited! I will let everyone know when those details are finalized and introduce them.
Thank you to everyone for their understanding in me taking some time off to enjoy this wonderful time. I will keep everyone updated as to my return when that has been decided.
