A big welcome to Susie Low
Susie has always been drawn to the health of the nervous system, first through her own experience learning to manage anxiety and feelings of overwhelm. With the intent to heal, she spent years in study of fitness and healthy eating, caregiving for a wide range of people along the way. It was not until she received Spinal Flow at the immersive during her training that she truly understood what it felt like to be out of fight or flight for the first time. That moment showed her the missing piece in her own healing, and she knew right away it was something she wanted to bring to others as well.
Susie was among the first to bring Spinal Flow Technique to Northern Ontario, offering this healing practice since 2025. Spinal Flow works with the body's own intelligence, helping to regulate the nervous system and release blockages that have settled along the spine over time, so the body can heal.
Alongside Spinal Flow, Susie offers Access BarsĀ®, a relaxing, hands-on treatment that gently clears limiting thoughts and stagnant energy through light touch across 32 points on the head. Access Bars pairs beautifully with Reiki, and Susie welcomes clients to experience both in a single session. She earned her Reiki I certification many years ago and has practiced ever since and will soon expand her offerings with Vibrational Reiki II.
Whether you are seeking relief, relaxation, or simply a quiet space to reconnect with yourself, Susie invites you to experience these modalities and discover what your body already knows how to do.
