Did you know that the way you place your hand inside the UV/LED lamp can affect how well your gel polish cures?

For the best result:
✨ Keep your fingers flat inside the lamp
✨ Keep your fingers slightly separated — don’t squeeze them together
✨ Keep your hand centered and relaxed
✨ Place your thumb correctly when it is cured separately

When fingers are lifted, curled, tilted, or pressed together, some areas of the gel may not cure properly. This can lead to soft spots, lifting, peeling, or your manicure not lasting as long as expected.

A perfect manicure is a teamwork between the nail technician and the client 🤍

The Russian manicure itself may take only 30–40 minutes. But that’s not the entire service.

Before I even apply a fresh color, I need to:
✨ Remove the old product
✨ Perform a detailed Russian manicure
✨ Refine the nail shape
✨ Apply and cure the gel polish
✨ Check every nail for a flawless finish

A quality manicure is not a race.

If your appointment lasts around 1.5 hours, it’s because every step is done with care, not because I’m working slowly.

One of the most important parts of a long-lasting manicure is proper curing in the lamp ✨💅

Even the best gel products won’t last if the hand placement is incorrect 🙈 Please keep your hand flat, relaxed, and fully inside the lamp during every curing step.

When fingers are tilted, lifted, or the thumb is placed incorrectly, the light may not reach all areas of the nail evenly ⚠️ Especially the sides and thumbs. This can leave parts of the gel under-cured.

An under-cured product may start peeling off like a film 😢 lifting at the edges, chipping faster, or losing its shine much sooner. Proper curing helps the gel harden evenly and keeps your manicure strong, glossy, and long-lasting 💖
