So today is kind of a big deal… 20 years ago today I graduated from Aesthetic school in Ottawa!

In the first week of school I was taught that my role as an aesthetician was to listen and ensure that the client feels like it’s all about them. We were taught to deflect any conversation that had to do with us back onto them. To be frank, I still get a little uncomfortable when a client asks about me because the lessons I learned in the early days of school are still ingrained in my brain.

So much has happened in both my professional and personal life since 2005. Overtime, I have learned that it’s ok to open up because some of the best advice I’ve received during difficult times has come from clients.

Whether I see you on an annual or weekly basis, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Thank you to everyone who has referred a family, friend or loved one. I wouldn’t be doing what I love for the past 20 years if it wasn’t for your support. 💖
