It's unfortunate that I have to share and repost this.

I have to admit that I'm quite saddened that I actually have to post this. When you make an appointment with me I carve out that time especially for you, I also use product, color especially for YOU. I understand that there are sometimes unforseen circumstances that can't be helped. However if these unforseen circumstances happen regularly (more than twice) it's now a habit. When you cancel the day of and/or don't even bother to show up it's a problem. During this pandemic hairdressers have taken a huge hit as many other businesses. I've tried my best to keep my cost reasonable considering the rise in well everything. Constant no shows and last minute cancelations will no longer be tolerated. This is NOT a pass time to me it is how I pay my bills, mortgage and etc. It does NOT give me a nice break when you don't show up or cancel at the last minute.....it costs me time and money. I am not an unreasonable person I understand mistakes are sometimes made but I'm appealing to the repeat offenders. There will be a last minute cancelation and no show policy implemented for those who continue to do so. I cannot charge your OHIP therefore you will be asked for a deposit at booking time or you will not be rebooked. Again this is for REPEAT OFFENDERS. Thank for taking the time to read.
