I’ve been slacking on my posting lately- I’ll be honest, just getting through the workday as I navigate my new life and the pain of loosing my mom this year is about the most creativity I have in me. This June, the team behind RE/GENERATE Day Spa is proud to walk in the Walk the Walk for Autism in Kingston—supporting a cause that means the world to our family.

We're walking in loving memory of Linda, a passionate autism advocate, original member of the Valley Autism Support Team (VAST), and devoted mom to our sister Kilby, who has autism. Linda participated in this event for many years, and now we're honoured to carry on her legacy—walking with Kilby, together as a family.
