Float Therapy 💧 Infrared Sauna 🔥📍Grimsby on the Lake.

The retail shelves were looking a little… sad. 😂 So I fixed it. 👀✨
We’re excited to now carry products from Lip Service Beauty, a local brand right here in Grimsby! 💜
We’ve stocked up on:
🛁 Bath bombs
🚿 Shower steamers
🧂 Bath soaks
✨ Body mists
So after your float or sauna, you can take a little more self-care home with you. 🥰
I love being able to support other local businesses while bringing new goodies into Mellow Float!
Go check out Lip Service Beauty and show them some love! 💜
And yes… I may have bought a few for myself already. 😂
“Be yourself, feel yourself.”
You’ve probably seen it on our windows or brochures… but do you actually know what it means? 🤔
When I created the slogan for Mellow Float, both parts were intentional.
“Be yourself” is about creating a space where you don’t have to perform, impress anyone, or feel judged. 😌
“Feel yourself” is about what I hope you take away from the experience; a chance to pause, reset, and hopefully leave feeling a little more like yourself again. 😌
🤔And honestly? I don’t use the slogan nearly as much in our marketing as I probably could.
🤔Sometimes I’m already trying to explain floating, infrared sauna, benefits, pricing, etc., and adding another message just feels like too much.
💡But I still think it’s an important part of what Mellow Float is supposed to be.
🙋🏻♀️ So I want to know:
Did you know Mellow Float had a slogan? And should I be using it more? 👇

Happy Fall Equinox. 🍂
A new season is a good reminder to slow down, reset, and make time for yourself.
Whether you’re here to recover, relax, or simply escape the noise for an hour; take the time. You deserve it. 💜
Apparently Zelda is my personal trainer now. 😂🐶
But seriously… stop waiting for the perfect time to take care of yourself.
Life isn’t going to magically become less busy. Sometimes you just have to make yourself a priority. 💜
Take the hour. Say no to something. Do something that makes you feel good.
You don’t need a perfect schedule. You just need to start.
🍂 We’re halfway through September! 👀
