Salt.
I’ve brought in halo therapy, salt into the air. Yes please.

Sound.
Beginning and ending each session with sound. Bring in the releasing and the expansion (aka relaxation and being open to the new).
A hammered sound bowl
is placed on the body, the deep frequency comes through the base of the bowl, feeling it in your body. Helping you to get out of your head. So good…

Oh! And rice bags! Amazing for some grounding pressure throughout treatment! Placed on legs while I work on your back, and back while working on your legs and feet. (Try these at home! So restorative! Like a weighted blanket but so much better!)

And more sound.
Starting with a mini sound bath, need I say more✨✨✨

When you know, you know.
This is an experience.

When you know you know…
the calm, the magic, the resiliency, the manifestation is within you.🌊😊

It starts with giving your nervous systeman opportunity to breathe.
Literally. 🪄
(Tapping into the parasympathetic state is where you tap into the power of creating, aka manifestation…. It’s within you✨✨✨).
Your breath is your most magnificent force.

And the beauty is, all you need to do is show up and lay down.
You don’t need to do anything.
Or bring anything.

Small group, 10 people.
(We are calling in calm, not crowd)

Learning how to be open to receive.
To trust the expansion✨✨✨

Experiencing sound and your capacity to call in your superpowers😊✨

Longest of the light✨🌸🌊☀️

A reminder, find your centre.
Breathe
In
Out
Again
Deeper
Longer
Hold
And do it again.

It’s within you

Your calm is where you tap into the magic.

Massage therapy is really good for this too🌸
