Restore Masssage Therapy

To better support new parents with their self care I now offer Flex-Start appointments! I decided to make flexible scheduling available because it makes it possible to book a massage even though your baby hasn’t yet settled into anything resembling a routine.

A Flex-Start appointment gives you a 1 hour window as a start time. So there’s no worries if you need to do a last minute feed or take care of a toddler while your partner settles the baby. There is no additional cost for the Flex-Start appointments but they have to be booked directly with me because there are some restrictions for what times I can offer this type of visit.

There are many reasons someone might experience knee pain. Osteoarthritis is one condition that can cause significant knee pain which can negatively impact quality of life. Massage therapy can decrease pain and stiffness and increase function in people with osteoarthritis of the knee, helping them get back to their regular daily activities. Massage therapy has a verity of benefits – from head to toe!
