Health is wealth

The LAST thing you want to eat before you go to bed would be this.

Your last meal of the day can either help your sleep... or wreck it.

What you eat before bed directly affects blood sugar, cortisol, and melatonin.

If you spike glucose late at night with sugar or refined carbs, your body has to work to bring it back down.

That stress response can keep your brain in “awake mode” when it should be winding down.

Better late-night options:

- Greek yogurt
- Cottage cheese
- A handful of blueberries
- Collagen in warm tea

Foods to avoid right before bed:

- Sugar
- Ultra-processed snacks
- Heavy refined carbs
- Alcohol

Sleep is when your body repairs tissue, balances hormones, and resets your brain.

Your last meal should support that process, not fight it.

1 hour of Sleep > $70k

Sleep is the juice of life.

Don’t let anyone convince you into sleeping less than what makes you feel alive.

Even if that means taking naps.

A solid reminder that prolonged states of anger are actually counter to our overall health.

Maybe that’s one of the reasons why exercise is tied to positive mental health outcomes.

It’s the stress release valve.

Too much stress without release causes crazy.

Fake sugars like sucralose and aspartame are no bueno.

My recommendation?

Stay away from them.

If you want sugar, enjoy the real stuff...

It's safer 😂

No pain, no gain?

You don't have to destroy yourself with starving or hardcore workouts to get great results.

In fact, I advise against it.

You don't have to go to the gym to lose weight...

Is it recommended?

Sure, it'll make life easier and you'll live longer...

But if you're just starting to lose weight and don't want to feel overwhelmed or aren't sure where to start.

You can make great results without going to the gym by focusing on sleeping lots and eating real whole food.
