This is my MOMMA. 🤍

She’s my best friend, this woman has worked out the entirety of her life, even until the day of her labor.

Almost 70. This is longevity, discipline and the smile of the kindest heart. ♥️

I had that moment when I saw her at the gym the other day. What a gift it is that I get to call this incredible woman my mother and we both get to enjoy the gift it is to move, to breathe and most importantly to me … I’m able to share this space with her, time and time again. She’s on her own spiritual journey, she’s the strongest woman I know.
