May you feel the beauty that you are

that’s what the message was to me from this hidden gem of beauty.

While at the river it came from the river, rocks, trees, birds, ants, spiders and the essence of the space as a whole.

this river and a tree down the ways was for me activating so many completions and openings simultaneously. it was such a gift as awarenesses and memories of desires, wishes and ‘I’ll have that moments’ from 20 years ago flowed to me as I just let myself be there held in nature and saw I am having it, I am living it.

I am in deep appreciation for being able to be here by invitation and I literally see and lived that I had to do absolutely nothing to deserve it, earn it, achieve it or manifest it…

no contortionist skills required to experience it.

well… except for being able to access it by using the skills of plank pose and chaturanga dandasana… of the mat…. 😉 (but that’s another story…)

thank you to all who have come before me to create something I have been longing to experience

thank you to all of you who are walking, dancing, swimming, skipping, crawling and down do***ng along beside me now

thank you to all who are coming afterwards and evolving what has been… may you feel inspired and free to find your unique way to experience your divine presence and essence and share the love that you are and be.

Thank you Teresa and Denise my most honoured hosts for this wonderful magical place that is retreat centre ♥️♥️♥️

Today was a day where I reflected and paused to allow myself to be still and yet in this stillness so much was palpable, alive and moving in, around and through me.

A wholeness, a oneness and awe of interconnectedness. A feeling of expansiveness that felt just right for me and an inner peace and calm that truly all is well.

And there is no meaning unless I say so… and the sense of freedom, aliveness and curiosity for life force creation allows, invites, creates with me is a wonderful wonderment.

A day to just be in awe.

Awe of myself and all that is around me.

To dream, wonder and wander.

I am so thankful for this day.

I’m so thankful for my journal a gift from my dear friend Larisa Shevchuk.

I have been doing a mostly daily gratitude list again the last couple of months and it really does have me be more receptive and aware to all that is happening for me.

If it’s true that what we focus on expands then I am all in for experiencing what has me feeling connected, in eager anticipation for that!

I am equally thankful and grateful to and for Jennifer Hough Jennifer and the community of The Wide Awakening with Jennifer Hough for sharing with me about Future Activations to start the morning and sometimes I do them in the evening before bed too as I often feel our day starts the night before 😉

This is today’s future activation that I felt inspired to share with you.

I am so thankful for this soul family group whom some of them I have known for 17 years and we have been there for each other through all the things of this world and each our own.

I am so thankful for that!

Here’s to being thankful, grateful, in eager anticipation for what is to be co created next!
