I’m so excited to finally share a little glimpse of something that’s been on my heart for quite some time. 🤍

This journal wasn’t created because the world needed another notebook.

I created it because I know what it feels like to have a million thoughts running through your mind, to spend so much time caring for everyone else that you forget to care for yourself.

As someone who spends my days helping others relax and feel their best, I wanted to extend that care beyond the treatment room.

Bloom is a place to slow down, reflect, practice gratitude, celebrate your growth, and simply breathe.

I’m currently in the final proofing stages, making sure every detail is just right before launch, and I couldn’t be more excited!

We are so extremely smitten by her! She has the gentlest and sweet temperament. Please let us know if you would like to have her at your appointment to cuddle (because she loves to cuddle 🥰) or prefer her upstairs resting, both works well for us 💕 And so happy about completing our little family 🥹
