Tennis ball rolling is one of my favourite tricks to recommend to my clients since it's easy, accessible, and super effective!

Take a tennis ball and place in between the side of your hip and a wall. You should feel some pressure, and hold for 30 seconds up to 2 minutes. You can roll the ball side to side finding new spots to work on, and even use this technique on other areas like your low back or between your shoulder blades!
