Let’s talk lash retention. There are many things that can affect retention. Are you coming to your lash appointments with clean lashes and eye area? Are you consistent with proper cleansing at home? Are you a swimmer? Hot yoga? (Lol) Do you smoke? What is the humidity like? Do you have oily or dry lashes? There are soo many variables with lash retention. Some we can help and some we cannot. As a pro lash artist I am thorough with my consultations, and making sure we are doing everything we can to get you the best results while maintaining you natural lash health.

It’s PROM season and I couldn’t be more happy!!! Ahhh. So many lovely ladies at such an exciting time of life! I love being part of such a special moment in time 🩷 This beauty doesn’t normally wear makeup, so I kept it light and glowy for the most perfect skin. I achieved this by using shades of concealer to create light and shadow first. Then layered over a very sheer tint to maintain that glow. On the eyes I placed a wash of bronzer, creating this flattering gradient effect. Finished with a few flicks of individual lashes to maintain comfort. Stunning. Comfortable. Natural. Perfection.

Let’s chat about cleansing. Keeping your lashes properly cleansed will actually help your lashes last longer! Our eyelids and lashes can get a build up of oils, skincare, makeup and dust. This build up will break down the glue bond faster and cause your lashes to fall off. Using an oil free facial cleanser or an eyelash cleanser is the perfect way to keep your lashes happy and healthy! Brush your lashes twice daily to keep the looking fluffy and no picking or pulling! Your lashes are an investment - treat them with a little love and they will stay looking gorgeous longer 😍.
