His mix:
Sunflower seeds
Raw pumpkin seeds
H**p hearts
Sesame seeds
Chia seeds
Psyllium, to your liking
Ground flaxseed or whole flaxseed
Blueberries
Skyr
A touch of honey
Pure Paleo protein powder
Derrick’s tip: you can use whole or ground flaxseed, but if you use ground flaxseed, keep it in the fridge and add it when you make your yogurt mixture.

Nicholas is a hairstylist apprentice and certified makeup artist with a passion for helping clients express their emotions. From textured cuts and modern mullets to vivid colour, blonding and playful details like hair tinsel, he loves creating looks that feel fresh, personal and a little unexpected.
His creativity also extends to makeup, where he enjoys creating glamorous looks that enhance each client’s natural beauty. Always learning and searching for new inspiration, Nicholas brings a fun, welcoming energy to every appointment.
