It’s our 15th wedding anniversary! I was closed today so that we could spend the day together and celebrate. I love birthdays and anniversaries-life is meant to be lived, enjoyed and celebrated!

I’m posting this here because this little business would never have existed without my husband- I borrowed his belief in me when I didn’t have my own and he’s been carrying me through ever since.
He’s on deck for the kids, for website glitches, troubleshooting and the sounding board for all the in between- he never doubted me for a second.

I love love! And I especially love this guy!

I’ve been away and out of the office for the last 10 days on the most amazing holiday with my family. We took our boys to Alberta to spend time in the mountains and with family out there!

As summer comes to a close, routines come back into place and you spend less time in the sun- i’ll be back into my office full swing. Fall is the best time of year to start laser treatments and I am SO excited to spend time with you after a restful and rejuvenating summer.

Smooth Seas became a mother for the 2nd year in a row! I’m not sure why the planter outside my office door is such a popular nesting spot but we sure are glad it is!

4 little house sparrows recently flew the nest under Mama bird’s watchful eye- many of you became accustomed to her as she would warning chirp you on the way to and from your appointments.

These sweet little beings bring my joy and i’m going to take it as a good omen!
