We can typically accommodate same day appointments although we do recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure you get in when you need to. We ask that all customers read the policies listed below to help everyone get the most out of our services. Please notify your tech if if you would like any nail art prior to booking your appointment so we can book the appropriate amount of time. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy meaning any appointment you are unable to make must be canceled with at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancelation fee of 1/2 of your service price. If you are more than 5 minutes late your appointment will be considered a no show and a few of 1/2 of your service price will need to be paid before rebooking. At this time we have strict rules put into place by our association that we must follow because of covid19.We ask that you come alone to your appointment and avoid bringing in as many items as you can. clothing you are unable to wear during your appointment, bags, bottles etc. Upon arrival you will be asked to wash and sanitize your hands and also fill out our risk acknowledgment form truthfully and to the best of your ability. lastly if you have any symptoms of covid19 and/or anyone in your home or close in proximity to you has symptoms or if you are waiting on test results or have been directed to get tested that you reschedule your appointment.
