This specialized massage technique combines therapeutic heat with the smooth, targeted pressure of a gua sha tool to work through areas of built-up muscle tension, encourage circulation, and help tight muscles feel more relaxed.

The warmth feels incredible, but it also helps prepare the area for more focused massage work, making this an especially satisfying addition for those stubborn spots through the neck, shoulders and back.
