Some people just make everything better. Quinn is one of them 💕
A proud SMU grad with a background in customer service, Quinn has been a familiar and beloved face at our downtown location for a while now. But as of today, her role looks a little different.
Quinn has moved to our Hydrostone location and stepped into a new position as our Guest Services & Events Lead, overseeing the guest experience and leading our events team to make sure that every bride, every wedding party and every guest walking through our doors on a big day feels completely taken care of from the very first conversation.

The wait is over 💕
We’re thrilled to welcome Katie back to Spirit, bringing with her the return of Electrolysis and Thermocoagulation, two of the most effective and precise treatments available for permanent hair removal and skin irregularities.
Electrolysis is the only hair removal method with FDA approval for permanent results. Unlike laser, it works on every hair colour and every skin tone, including the fine, light, and grey hairs that laser simply cannot treat. Whether it’s facial hair, hormonal growth or stubborn areas that have resisted every other method, electrolysis addresses the follicle directly and permanently.
Thermocoagulation uses high-frequency current technology to safely and effectively treat minor skin irregularities like broken capillaries, skin tags, milia and hyperpigmentation, without surgery or significant downtime.
Together, these treatments are for anyone who is ready to stop managing unwanted hair or skin concerns and start resolving them.

Jill Mihichuk is one of those rare practitioners who brings her whole self to her work. Over the course of her career she has explored a wide range of modalities and often draws on her training as a Pilates instructor to give clients useful home care that extends the work beyond the treatment room.
Jill is also a key part of how Spirit evolves. As a member of our development team, she travels, seeks out new treatments firsthand and brings that knowledge back to our guests. Her curiosity is one of the reasons our offering is what it is today.
To every client who has trusted Jill with their body over the years, thank you for being part of this milestone. And to Jill, 15 years in, and you are still raising the bar. We are so grateful you are ours ❤️
