OFFICIAL RESTRUCTURING ANNOUNCEMENT

We have some exciting news to share!

First—don’t worry, we’re not going anywhere. Our team of three experienced estheticians is still here and ready to take care of you.
We’re making a few changes to how we operate at Brow Queen, effective May 4th. Cassie and Cait will be transitioning from employees to independent chair renters 🎉🎉🎉

What’s NOT changing:

✨ The welcoming atmosphere and great vibes you love
✨ The high-quality services you’ve come to expect
✨ Our passion for being your go-to spot for esthetic services in HRM
✨️ Our booking system (Vagaro) and shared studio space

What IS changing (and what it means for you):

✨️Pricing, schedules, and services may vary by provider
✨️We will no longer have a receptionist—each esthetician will manage their own bookings
✨️ Please use Vagaro Connect or contact your esthetician directly via Instagram:

Effective immediately:

✨️We are discontinuing our points program due to the rising costs of literally everything
✨️Points can be redeemed until September 1, 2026
✨️One free service can be redeemed per visit
✨️Online shopping and online gift cards will no longer be available
✨️Gift cards can still be purchased in person and must be used with the provider they were purchased from

We also want to send a huge thank you to Sarah, who has been the friendly voice behind our reception since September 2024. From managing calls to organizing our backend and supporting our social media, she has been an incredible part of Brow Queen. We are so grateful for everything she’s done and wish her all the best in her next chapter 💛

Lastly, please give Cassie and Cait a little grace as they step into their new roles as self-employed professionals—we’re so excited for this next phase!
