To my valued clients,

As many already know, we are currently evacuated from Westwood Hills and surrounding areas due to a very large and uncontrollable forest fire. Many have lost homes and pets and we still don’t know what has become of our own place.

If I am unable to contact you, I will be closed for the week and will reassess come the weekend.

I am praying for you all who are affected by what has happened. We are a strong community and the kindness and compassion that has been displayed by so many will never be forgotten.

As of Monday March 21st, we are no longer required to wear a mask. Please feel free to wear one if you like and I will as well if that is what makes you feel comfortable and safe. As always, I want your time spent at the spa to be an enjoyable and relaxing time.

Happy day!!

We are now able to open as of June 2nd. I am making my way through my list of clients in order of when I closed down. This will take some time so if you don’t hear from me right away, don’t think I have forgotten you. This is the only fair solution I have to getting people back into the spa. Thank you for your patience and can’t wait to see you all again.

Our current shutdown has been extended until at least the middle of June. Once I know a confirmed reopening date, I will be in touch to rebook everyone that has been cancelled.

We have received confirmation from the Government that our industry will remain closed for the month of May. Once I have a clear date of when I can safely reopen, I want to reassure you that I will work through all of my cancelled clients in order of cancellation to get you back on schedule with your appointment.

ANNOUNCEMENT

As of today, April 23, 2021, I once again have to close due to the recent restrictions put in place yesterday by The provincial government. This closure is due to last until May 20th unless things greatly improve.

I will reach out to all clients who have an appointment booked so we can reschedule.
