Happy to have completed successfully the Immune support certification!
I am ready to help, coach, guide anyone who is interested in supporting their immune system and detox from toxins. The most eye opening part of this certification for me was the Understanding Breast Cancer. There are so many inter playing parts to developing breast cancer and at the same time most of the solutions are right in our hands and we can control them.
I am happy to share this knowledge and help guide you through this journey or even better to couch you how to do your best to avoid developing it, as much is in our control.

Getting ready for Thanksgiving…with raw sea moss dishes: pumpkin pie and pumpkin pie filling in a jar, pumpkin gel, cranberry gel, spicy jalapeño jello, spicy salsa with ingredients from my garden and tomato sauce with herbs ( freshly picked from my garden). They are so delicious and nutritious 🌱🌱💕. Absolutely love “cooking “ with sea moss. Everything was done within 2 hours. Everything is fresh, organic and raw, full with enzymes, phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals , fibre, antioxidants, anti inflammatory, immune boosters and so many more benefits!

Real whole food carbs are the opposite of calorie dense.
Diet cultures myopic and favourite past time of bashing and avoiding CARBS totally ignores the addition of refined fat, in the form of vegetable oils - which are in absolutely EVERYTHING! Try finding a processed food that doesn't use veg oil.
Consider that at the turn of the 20th century that the amount of veg oils consumed was practically zero.
Today, the average consumption is 70 lbs a year, per person (in USA).
Vegetable oils are bad because they contain very high levels of polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs). Polyunsaturated fats are highly unstable. These types of fats oxidize easily. These oxidized fats cause inflammation and mutation in cells. That oxidation is linked to all sorts of issues from cancer, heart disease, endrometriosis, PCOS, etc. PUFAs are bad news.
If I could offer one piece of advise to improve your health and waistline - it would be to stop consuming oils.
