Over the past little while, I stepped away from work to honour the passing of my dad and the deep shift it brought into my life. Grief has a way of slowing us down, opening our hearts, and reminding us of what truly matters. I’ve spent this time healing, listening, and reconnecting with myself and with his spirit.

Through that journey, I’ve felt guided back to my purpose—creating a peaceful, nurturing space where others can breathe, recharge, and feel held. My dad always encouraged me to share my gifts, and returning to my spa feels like bringing a little bit of his light forward with me.

I’m so grateful for the love, patience, and understanding from all of you. Your messages and support meant more than I can express.
