From Georgetown to Markham, we loved every minute of getting out into the community. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to chat, ask questions, and learn a little more about sleep health. You made it so much fun!

Today is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and we pause to honour the children who never made it home, the survivors who carry their stories with them, and the communities whose strength and resilience continue to inspire us all. 🧡

We had such a wonderful time connecting with our neighbours at the ISKCON Stouffville community event alongside the Greater Stouffville Chamber of Connections. Getting out into the community and having real conversations about sleep health is something we truly love doing.

We are so proud to be part of this growing community and we cannot wait to see what's next!
