Hey y’all! It’s feeling like a good time to clear some things up about our 24 hour cancellation policy (we require a credit card to book, and we charge 100% for the cost of the service booked if you cancel within 24 hours or no-show) 🙃

We get it, it sucks to have to pay for a service you didn’t receive, especially if you feel like you have a compelling reason for missing your appointment. Unfortunately for us, without this policy in place we could easily be loosing 25% of our income.

When you book an appointment and secure a spot, you’ve booked our time that we cannot get back if you cancel and it’s too short notice for it to reasonably be filled by someone else. We want to be chill and understanding, but imagine if you commuted to work for the day and upon arrival your boss said “actually sorry you can just go home and also we won’t be paying you” 🫠

This includes needing to cancel because:
You are sick (we obviously do not want you to come if you are sick but please give us more than 24 hours notice)
Traffic
Something coming up at work
Forgetting
Etc etc

we will make ONE exception to this, and that is if you can find someone to swap your appointment with! (Not someone who lives with you if you are sick)

We also will always try our best on our end, if we ever have to cancel/reschedule on you, to get you in ASAP which often requires us to add on extra hours or come in on days off.
