Hello Beauties!!! I would like to introduce myself and give a lil background of myself and why I decided to start my self care-self healing journey.
I’m a mother of two amazing children who tend to require 100% of my time if I allow them 😂 not to mention the hustle and bustle of my daily life allowing me to forget the importance of selfcare
Growing up I watched my beautiful single mother struggle to make time for herself considering she had to work long hours to put food on our table. Watching her work so hard without doing anything for herself would often bother me. I remember trying to convince her….all the time, to allow me to make her feel pampered, but her answer would usually be “I have no time”
Moving on as an adult I became a hairdresser, fixing crowns one head at a time. Hair dressing opened my eyes to the damages of harsh chemicals found in products and what they were doing to my clients & my children’s hair. Thats when I decided to research natural ways to take care of our hair. This is how (sister company to ) was created.
I became so immersed and the deeper I dug the more hooked I was. I was amazed at the fact that nature literally provided all of our needs and surrounds us at all times.
I fell deeply in love with nature and started retaining any and every information I could find. When I learned that vaginal steaming was another form of a facial (?) using herbs (something I love and was familiar with already) ....
Plus it was also a preventive/healing practice. I was so intrigued I decided to educate myself deeper. I found a course offered by the very best and became a certified vaginal steaming practitioner. The name Her Throne came about to remind us all we are royalty! Self care, self healing and self love with Mother Natures gifts is beyond possible.

One thing your scalp really needs is stimulation. So when you start applying your hot oil hair treatment, do it at the very roots of your hair and rub in circular motions. I like to start in the temple area and work backwards, squinching my fingers back and forth as I go.

This scalp massage serves several purposes: It helps dislodge hair that’s about to fall out anyway, which will encourage new hair to grow faster; it stimulates the circulation in the scalp which promotes hair growth, and it helps the oil sink into your head, making your skin there healthier and softer.
