We strive to provide excellent service to our clients. In order to do so, we have updated our Cancellation, No-Show and Late Appointment policy. Cancellations and No-Shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevents us from being able to accommodate other clients waiting for appointments. It is often too late or impossible to offer this time to someone else, and the appointment time goes unfilled. If you must cancel, please notify us one business day (24 hours) in advance; phone messages left on the answering machine over the weekend do not qualify as 24 hours’ notice for Tuesday appointments. Late Arrivals: Please call us if you think you will arrive late for your reserved appointment time. However, it is possible we may ask you to reschedule your visit to another day if it interferes with another client’s appointment time. If you cancel/ reschedule with less than one business day (24 hours) before your appointment time, you will be billed for time you have book with your stylist.
