This growth also brings a small change. Massage rates will increase JUNE 20TH. If you'd like to book at the current rate I recommend scheduling your next session soon.

While hands-on work has been a big part of my journey. I'm now shifting towards coaching and lifestyle guidance.

Increasing my Knowledge this weekend, learning with James Waslaski. Bonus lesson about tape and cupping with Brad Norris. Had a tour of the Cardon facility where they manufacture massage tables (and more!) After using an electric massage table all weekend It's going to be hard going back to my stationary wooden one. 😁 I'm already thinking that an electric table might be a great 25th anniversary gift to give myself...

Well this is a first! Charlie really only cares to come into my office if there is someone here to give him treats, or let him outside.
I don't know what made him hop up here and get cozy today. But isn't he a cute little furball?!
