Sanny has been exceptionally kind to me! For she worked long hours to make some very delicious cake pops for the kids and families we serve!

On Mother’s Day, she dropped off the most delectable box of treats for me! Totally unexpected! I pulled up to sweets at my door! I was soooo happy 🤣🤣🙌🏾

Early this morning, I went for a walk and thought about eating this pretzel stick the entire time! It’s the best I’ve ever had! Hands down!

The first time I saw this piece by it erased all the annoyance in me!

I had a tough day! A day where I had to remind myself to remain loyal to my growth as a person and not dive into the doldrums of unfavourable behaviour!

It was the soft opening of a brand new coworking space, downtown Hamilton and I made my way through the doors and down the stairs… Lo and behold, I was hit with a flash of colours that totally cleansed me of the remnant ills of the day! I stood there for a while as if this piece of art was some kind of supernatural shower, releasing water at the perfect temperature, perfect pressure and in the perfect moment! Then, I decided to have this picture taken!

Today, I remembered this moment and it brought me joy! Surely, there are many more joyful moments ahead!
