Our client came in with an inspo pic, and Hanna absolutely understood the assignment. She took the inspiration, made it her own, and freestyled this one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

This gel overlay set features French detailing, ombré, blooming gel, crystals, encapsulation, advanced nail art, and custom hand-sculpted flowers created with specialty nail putty. Every detail was thoughtfully customized to create something completely unique.

🚨 Friendly Brow Lamination Reminder 🚨

Your brows should NOT feel crunchy, crinkled, dry, itchy, or look like they survived an electrocution after a brow lamination.

If your brow hairs are crinkled, you’ve likely been overprocessed.

One of the biggest misconceptions in the beauty industry is that laminated brows are supposed to be glued straight up to your forehead. They’re not. A proper brow lamination works by relaxing the hair bonds so your brows can be styled more easily and naturally. There is absolutely no reason for the hairs to become damaged, crinkled, or dehydrated.

Unfortunately, many artists will use brow freeze, styling balms, or glue-like products immediately after a service to mask overprocessed hairs and force them into place. While it may look good for a photo, it doesn’t address what’s actually happening underneath.

And if your brows feel itchy or the skin around them is irritated? That’s another red flag. This often means the product has remained on the hair and skin too long, resulting in overprocessing and dehydration.

What your brows need at that point isn’t more styling product. They need hydration, nourishment, and repair.

With nice weather here it’s important we touch on this subject again.
If you are blistering or peeling or about to start peeling from sunburn – getting a spray tan will leave your skin looking flaky, streaky and blotchy
This is because fake tan uses an ingredient called dihydroxyacetone or DHA which the amino acids in our dead skin cells react with. Our dead skin cells gradually release from our body which is why a spray tan will fade eventually – but with peeling, your spray tan may not stick and will cause it to look like absolute trash.
Stay out of the sun this summer, use your SPF and book spray tans. Your skin will thank you later.
And if you have tan booked and you’re peeling make sure to cancel within the allowable 24 hr period.
