☝️Understand this….you can build all the fancy poses or beautiful physique, perhaps both….but if you don’t build your character to stand behind it you’ve got complete s**t. 💩

❓I’m curious how many advanced practitioners are sitting in solitude and silence for atleast an hour a day and doing the real yoga?

💥 The Kettlebell Clean, shows up a lot in Phase 2-3 of Aptum KB and mobility training.

➡️ Builds base foundation toward overhead press and the sn**ch.

➡️ Remember to turn your hand around the bell not the bell around your hand.

➡️ Watch the slides for a basic tutorial to clean up your cleans. 😉

We use the “ Classic Swing” and variations of it A LOT in the Aptum Kettlebell and Mobility program.

➡️ Primarily a leg and abdominal exercise

➡️ You shouldn’t feel this in your low back. That means you need to work on ab strength.

➡️ Swing momentum comes from the hips, not the arms and not the back.
