Lavish Hair Lounge is a newly renovated hair salon located on the East Hamilton Mountain owned and operated by Bobbi Smith and Kelsey Paling!

We’re so excited to announce a new member of the Lavish Team! Kim’s online books are open and she is welcoming clients at Lavish starting this week. A little note from Kim :

Hi, I’m Kim ♡

I’ve been drawn to doing hair since I was 13, starting out on family and quickly realizing this was what I was meant to do. From co-op in high school to assisting in a busy salon at 17, I built my foundation early and continued my training at Marvel School in downtown Hamilton.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside some amazing educators, become a certified extension specialist with sew in weft, keratin tip, tape-in methods and build a loyal clientele doing what I love most—colour, balayage, hair extensions and haircutting.
At 24, I co-opened my first salon, and later went on to run my own space for several years. After becoming a mom to my two daughters, my priorities shifted, and I chose to slow things down and create a more balanced life—working from my home studio these past few years!

Now, I’m so excited to be back in a salon environment, connecting with a team, staying inspired and continuing to grow in the hair/beauty industry!

Outside of the salon, I’m a total girls girl who loves cozy fall days, being up north with my family every chance we get, swimming in lakes, reading books and anything that helps me unplug.
