Autumn is my favourite time of the year! 🍂🍁The time where we embrace the change of weather and colours around us.
BUT our skin does not always love it. Autumn can bring dryer air as humidity drops, which can strip moisture from our skin.
Luckily with my sugar scrub can help with that!

My sugar scrub has nourishing benefits such as :

The product that started it all!
Did you know the very first product I made for myself was my own sugar scrub! Sounds easy but for me I am particular on the texture of it. Some are too dry , some are too rough on the skin. It’s that perfect balance of moisture ratio to exfoliating ratio! Some also have unnecessary dyes and additives.

Also, with continued use I noticed it cleared up my red bumps I used to have on my arms, aka chicken skin. This is product that I use to this day! I can’t go without it. I incorporate it in my shower routine every week 🚿🧼

💚BONUS- add a 1/3- 1/2 cup to your bath water and it makes a wonderful moisturizer as it leaves your skin so soft afterwards! PLUS adds some essential aroma to your relaxing time 😌✨

Our Tallow Balms are Ready! We’ve been keeping our secret recipe to ourselves for over a year, but we’ve been getting some requests to make some! So, we’ve decided to share ours with you!

Made with local ingredients and organic essential oils. This Balm is liiiife and is very healing . Not only does it heal , it’s packed with so many amazing nutrients that are beneficial in repairing and revitalizing your skin.

We have two types available. One for the body and one for the face. We know the face is more sensitive ,so we’ve adjusted our recipe to use accordingly 💖

The newest addition to my serum line , My Nourishing Serum, is made with the amazing blue tansy oil. Aka liquid gold.
It has many beneficial properties. It’s a natural anti inflammatory and antioxidant ( diminishes signs of aging ! )Also, used on delicate skin to calm irritation, redness or troubled skin, also can kill off bad bacteria that causes breakouts.
Blue tansy has also been used by Chinese medicine as an antihistamine to relieve nasal congestion.
The aromatherapy emotional benefits of Blue Tansy is its ability to help relieve irritation and feelings of anger

Honey 🍯 and Vanilla 🍦- real honey and Madagascar vanilla oil.

Mango Tango- mango essence with vanilla!

New to CiCi’s collection! Ultra hydrating roll on lip oil! I personally love using this at night before bed when my body is detoxing the most. But can be used any time of day!
Made using natural oils of jojoba, meadow foam oil, coconut to name a few!

CiCi’s lip scrubs are a great way to keep your lips smooth and luscious all year round! 👄I like use these in my regular skincare routine at night before I go to bed as I find that’s when my lips tend to be the driest.

GUA SHA FACE TOOL VS FACE ROLLER. 🤔
If you have more time in your day , I definitely suggest the gua sha face tool over the face roller. The facial roller can be great for convenience as a quick option for stimulating blood flow and draining puffiness on the fly. It’s a simpler concept by using a rolling
technique over the face to create an energy flow in the skin.

The Gua Sha tool ( shown in photo ) goes deeper into the muscle tissues as the shape of the tool gets into the grooves of your face/neck muscles even better. Also the gua sha is Available in many different shapes depending on what you’re looking for. It’s more of a self ritual which can be very calming and therapeutic ( great to destress ). Releasing muscle tension in the face and neck , activating the lymphatic system. We use our face muscles all day ( talking, eating breathing , yawning )creating tension in our jaws and neck.

Once we are able to release this tension we are allowing our skin to do what it’s meant to do, detoxify and eliminate toxins, which is done through out lymphatic system. ( by massaging). This technique is an amazing addition to your regular skincare / self care routine.
