Tip #1 : Shampoo everyday is a NO-NO ! Our scalp produces oil and naturally travels down to the hair shaft. Hair needs oil and if we strip out all the oils it results in dry hair which leaves the hair very brittle and can break. Shampooing twice a week is best or a maximum of every other day if you really have to

Did you know that split ends can split up to mid shaft of your hair? That’s why having trims/cut regularly cuts away the split ends before it splits up higher so it doesn’t make your hair go shorter 🥺
Depending on the hairstyle you should get you hair trim/cut at least twice a year ✂️
