If you've never tried Gua Sha, you're missing out on a big skin care secret!

✨ Note: We offer lymphatic massage/Gua Sha with our Signature Facial, but a home routine will further your results. ✨

But first, let me show you how to do Gua Sha at home...

☑️Start by applying a serum or an oil cleanser (I have the GM Collin) and apply all over your face and neck to make sure you have enough slip.

☑️Next, you want to stimulate the lymphatic pathways by gently massaging behind your neck and around your ears. Make sure you're using very gentle pressure.

✨Now you're ready to Gua Sha!

☑️Start with a flat edge and
move from the top of your neck down towards your shoulder.

☑️Using the same flat edge, move from your chin towards your ear and down your neck. And do this three to four times.

☑️Switch edges and start sculpting, moving upwards. Always use upward motions and gentle pressure.

☑️And you can continue moving up your face.
Again, do this three or four times. (Or you can do more because it does feel so, so nice. It's honestly one of my favorite things to do at
the end or first thing in the morning.)

☑️Next, you want to do your chin three or four times and then moving up your forehead.

☑️Gently move up and then around and down your neck, following the contours of your face.

☑️And at the end, you want to move towards your collarbone and down gently towards your armpit.

And wow, you can really see the difference between the two sides.
